Ingredients :
Cut mango pieces nice & dice, sea salt, sesame oil, roasted mustard seeds powder, methi fenugreek seeds powder, chilli powder, mustard seeds, garlic, turmeric powder
Taste :
Mild to high Spicy. Avakai / Avakaya Pickle goes good with any base food like hot rice, chapathi, roti, idli or with evening snack items like vada, bajji and bonda as well.
Storage:
Store in a dry and cool place. Don’t use wet spoon for serving Avakaya Pickle / Andhra Style Aaam ka Achaar.
