Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Normal shipping estimates for all domestic shipments are between 2 to 3 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situation which we are trying to mitigate.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If your order is canceled after it is dispatched, then a return shipping charge and restocking fee of 35% of the product cost will be applicable.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"font_8\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font_8\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
